Education Awards
AT JURONG SPRING CCC
The Foundation worked with Jurong Spring Grassroots Organisations to establish the Lim Hoon Foundation Community Education Awards (Jurong Spring LHF-CEA) in June 2013. This was the Foundation’s first partnership with a grassroots organisation. The objective of the Jurong Spring LHF-CEA was to support, strengthen and encourage all-rounded achievement of students who come from challenging backgrounds. This is consistent with the Foundation's general mission to empower those in the "sandwiched" group of students.
The awards are were held to support, strengthen and encourage students from challenging backgrounds.
The Jurong Spring LHF-CEA started with 93 recipients in 2013, and after 10 years, the Foundation disbursed about 1,200 awards to the Jurong Spring residents.

AT CEREBRAL PALSY CENTRE
The Cerebral Palsy Centre is a school designed for children suffering from Cerebral Palsy Syndrome (CP). CP is a degenerative neurological disability that affects children from birth. This condition is considered the second-most expensive developmental disability after autism to manage over the course of a person's lifetime.
The Centre’s curriculum includes weekly hydrotherapy sessions that allows students to perform movements impossible to perform on land and form an integral part in the education of children suffering from CP. The Foundation had the opportunity to sponsor the maintenance of the hydrotherapy pool in 2009.
